USDT deposits — networks, fees, and confirmation times
TRC20 vs ERC20 vs BEP20, what each costs, and how long until your balance updates.
Supported networks
| Network | Confirmation time | Network fee | Recommended |
|---|
| TRC20 (Tron) | 1–3 min | ~$1 | Yes — fastest, cheapest |
| BEP20 (BSC) | 1–3 min | ~$0.30 | Yes |
| ERC20 (Ethereum) | 5–15 min | $5–$30 | Only if you have no other option |
How to deposit
- Open Deposit.
- Enter the USD amount (minimum $120).
- Pick the network — the page shows the correct address and a QR.
- Send the exact USDT amount from your wallet.
- Wait for confirmation. Balance updates automatically.
Common mistakes
- Sent on the wrong network — funds are recoverable but require manual intervention. Open a ticket with the transaction hash.
- Sent a different token (USDC, BUSD) — same: open a ticket.
- Sent the wrong amount — credit posts at whatever you sent; no need to send a top-up to "complete" the deposit.
Balance behavior
- No expiry, ever.
- Refunds back to your original wallet on request (subject to AML review for amounts over $5000).
