How to cancel a pending deposit and start a new one

If you change your mind on a deposit amount before sending USDT, cancel it and create a fresh one.

Why this exists

The deposit page resumes your latest pending deposit on load — so if you started a $120 deposit but want to send $500 instead, you need to cancel the first one.

Steps

  1. Go to Deposit.
  2. If a pending deposit is shown, click Cancel & start a new deposit.
  3. Enter the new amount and confirm.
  4. Send USDT to the new address shown.

Important: only cancel a deposit you have not sent funds to yet. If you've already broadcast a transaction, contact NOC instead — we'll credit manually when it confirms.
